Write 2-3 pages on theoretical framework regarding the topic Alzheimer’s Disease Among Asian Americans in Los Angeles County. For this topic, I will create a program proposal on the topic. The program is to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s Disease among Asian Americans in Los Angeles County, teach early stage Alzheimer’s patients and their families members or caregivers things that could help raise awareness and lower the risk of Alzheimer’s. For my program I will be using the Health Belief Model and Intrapersonal level for socio-ecological model. I will attached the powerpoint slides about HBM which are from pages 36-42. And I will also include the rubric and instruction, the socio-ecological model chart, and an example paper on the same theory and Intrapersonal level ( but please write differently based on my topic needs).
